Cudden Preconstruction Services Ltd is headed up by Oliver Cudden.
Oliver was the head of the Pre Construction/Work Winning team of Balfour Beatty Ireland (BBI), having helped set the business up in Ireland in 2004.
During those 17 years all projects executed by BBI were tendered and won by Oliver and his team.
They included Building, Civil, Aviation, Power and Utility works across the island of Ireland involving, build only, management only, design & build and design, build & finance for both private and public clients with project values ranging from €300k to over €140m.
Submissions ranged from price only to 30% Price: 70% Quality bids.
