Co. and Meath Leader; Tender Evaluation and appointment of the successful Contractor; Drafting and presenting of submissions to funders and funding bodies for project finance; Acting as the Clients Representative for the project; Presenting monthly reports to the Project Board; Administration of funding drawdowns and contractor payments throughout the project; Co-ordinating the BCAR process; Oliver’s design, build and finance experience in construction projects has helped us deliver this Community Facility project, which is currently on budget with planned opening in late 2021.
